Rick Garcia was my good friend. I knew Rick throughout junior high (Einstein)and Hiram Johnson High. He was a skilled athlete, a fun loving personality,very outgoing, and so friendly. I remember his VW microbus and him looking like Carlos Santana. Yeah, Rick dealt weed. But it was good weed. I bought my first "lid" from Rick. I'll never forget that. Rest In Peace, my friend.
