Hiram W. Johnson, Class of 1971 70” Birthday Party

A number of our classmates celebrated our joint birthday at the JR Ranch on Sept 9, 2023. There were about one hundred class members and their guests all celebrating on a beautiful day at a great venue.

Rich Rudis has created a lovely venue that is suited to weddings and parties, and he keeps it immaculate. He personally cooked tri-tip beef and chicken to go along with potato salad and cookies provided by Patricia Levas (Webb); Pasta salad, beans, and birthday cake provided by Pat "Trish" Roberts (Cherinka); Margie Ganiban-Hayes provided watermelon, cookies, and table utensils, and Shirley Stanley baked brownies and provided Ciabatta rolls.

Rich has a tractor and wagon and provided a short tour of the ranch and animals.

And on the farm he has a pig!

There was a band and a few folks got up to cut the rug, so to speak. 

Most people just spent time catching up with friends and making new ones!
